1. Contest Overview

The "Free Electric Car Giveaway" (the "Contest") is operated by FreeGiveaways ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Prize: One (1) 2025 Fiat 500e Electric Vehicle valued at approximately $35,000 USD
• Contest Period: August 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
• Winner Announcement: January 1, 2026
• Entry Fee: Free - No purchase necessary

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Open to legal residents worldwide - no geographic restrictions
• Employees of FreeGiveaways and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited by law
• Only one entry per person is permitted
• Must provide valid contact information for winner verification

3. How to Enter

• Complete the official entry form on our website
• Provide accurate personal information including name and phone number
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions
• Submit only one entry - duplicate entries will be disqualified
• Entry must be received during the Contest Period

4. Prize Details

• Vehicle: 2025 Fiat 500e Electric (exact model and color determined by availability)
• Approximate Retail Value: $35,000 USD
• Includes: Full manufacturer warranty, delivery to winner's location
• Excludes: Taxes, registration fees, insurance, and ongoing maintenance costs
• No cash alternative or substitution of prize is offered
• Prize is non-transferable

5. Winner Selection

• Winner will be selected by certified random number generator
• Selection process will be witnessed by an independent third-party auditor
• Winner selection will be livestreamed on January 1, 2026
• Winner will be contacted within 48 hours of selection
• If winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected

6. Winner Verification

• Winner must respond to notification within 7 days
• Winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification
• Winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility and liability release
• Winner must provide necessary documentation for prize delivery
• Failure to comply within specified timeframe will result in disqualification
